Tick what your marina requires: marine liability with a minimum limit, the marina named as additional insured, and anything else you ask for, such as workers' comp or a harbor permit.

Vendors apply to your marina with one application: the business, the people on site, vehicles, their insurance agent, your questions, your rules and a signed agreement. Use the standard agreement or your own.

You approve or decline each application from one card, with a reason the vendor reads.
